Use the Portwest HA16 for quality hi-vis neck shade. It is made from cooling mesh fabric, it's breathable. So, it doesn't produce a warm feeling to the wearer. Other than that, it has a contrasting reflective strip on the bottom of the shade. Additionally, it has an elasticated band for easy fitting to the wearer.
