Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

  • Currently, we ship only within the continental United States.
  • Shipping rates are calculated on your total order weight.
  • Free shipping on orders over $99. Fall protection equipment does not qualify for free shipping.
  • If your order is on backorder, you will be notified within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order, or in time for you to receive your order by the promised delivery date.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. It will include tracking information to track your order.


RETURNS

  • We will gladly accept returns on orders less than 30 days old.
  • All items must be in their original packaging.
  • Items with ripped packaging are unable to be returned/refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to us.
  • We cannot accept returns on gas items.
  • Once your return is received by our returns department, we will refund the payment method we have on file with the order.
  • In the rare event that you have received a damaged or defective order, please call us and we will be happy to expedite this process for you.
  • To begin the return process for your order, please fill and submit the Return Request Form on this page.



EXCHANGES

  • Exchange orders can be placed on our website as a regular order, or we'll be happy to place the (exchange) order on your behalf.
  • If you'd like us to place the exchange order on your behalf, please specify exchange details in the Return Form on this page.
  • The refund for your returned order will be processed separately once we receive your return.
