The hat is constructed with a smooth phenolic shell that meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 standards. It can withstand up to 350° F, making it viable for welding, ironwork, oil rigs, general maintenance, and more. You can get this helmet with MSA's trademark Fas-Trac or Staz-On pinlock suspension systems.
