The Premium Class 3 Two-Tone Hooded Rain Jacket with Black Bottom offers the best waterproof protection. You will get the best of both worlds in this reflective jacket: protection from visibility hazards and heavy rain hazards. It's constructed from 150D Oxford and PU coating waterproof shell with mesh lining, so exposure to rain won't pose a problem as the fabric is made to offer the best waterproof protection. The seams of the jacket are fully sealed, which are enough to prevent water from seeping through the fabric. This hi vis jacket is best used for extreme low-light conditions as it features a 2" high performance silver reflective tape with contrasting trim. However, the black variation can only be worn in areas where ANSI compliance is not required. The rain jacket includes one phone pocket on the chest and two lower front pockets with flaps for extra storage.
