The energy absorber in the 1341001 model is encased within this housing, safeguarding the equipment from harsh elements. Its unique design allows for controlled tearing during a fall, limiting arrest forces to safe levels. Enhancing the durability of this 3M™ PROTECTA® lanyard are zinc-plated steel snap hooks on both ends, which are self-locking and offer unmatched strength and corrosion resistance.
