Easily installed to single ply PVC membrane and built-up roof types, this roof anchor can be used for both flat as well as sloped surfaces with up to 3:12 pitch. The 2100140 roof top anchor can be fastened quite easily and quickly while providing multiple fastener options including 6" and 12" toggle bolts. The anchor is completed with a shroud for PVC as well as custom roofs, offering maximum weather protection. Designed to perfectly compliment roofs with style, it also reduces thermal bridging and helps distribute the loads evenly for maintaining structural integrity. The D-ring can rotate 360 degrees ensuring easy mobility and safety together. This roof top anchor can also be used with different fall arrest connecting systems and supports the EZ-Line™ horizontal lifeline system that provides a safe tie-off point for two workers.

Several fasteners make it easy to hook up

It's insulated to some degree, which is great. It's got several fasteners making it really secure and easy to use.

Fastening this thing is so much easier than I thought. There are several fasteners too so it stays in place very well. It's nice that it's also impervious to the elements. Great product.
