Description

ExoFit NEX™ series brings another great addition with the construction style positioning harness. This product is arc flash-rated, making it suitable for use in electrically unstable environments. The harness is made of Nomex®/Kevlar® fiber webbing along with shoulder, back, and leg comfort padding to ensure maximum comfort and flame resistance. Moreover, leather insulators ensure that workers are safe from any unwanted heat in hot environments. Tech-Lite™ stand-up PVC-coated aluminum D-rings are available at the back and side, allowing for more options for use. The 1113318 harness is designed for maximum safety by introducing Duo-Lok™ quick connect chest and leg straps, Revolver™ vertical torso adjusters, and trauma straps that keep the worker safe and sound. An impact indicator is available for proper inspection of any potential rips in the harness. With reflective material aiding low light visibility, this DBI-SALA® harness also features i-Safe™ tags for advanced inspection.

Distributes weight nicely

I like the width of the pads on the leg straps. It supports my entire leg and it keeps the weight distributed evenly. Very comfortable harness

Highly balanced design

Positioning is really easy with this harness. There are great rings on the back and sides and it has a great hip pad and belt that keeps it all very balanced.

Great support and insulation

The back support on the upper and lower back is great. They have excellent padding and it has plenty of coverage. It's also really well insulated which is very important in my line of work.

The arc flash is great for working on power cables. Having the extra insulated elements make it much safer than any other harness.
