Description

The MFL -4-Z7/6FT TurboLite™ without unit connector & steel rebar hook lets the user determine the best method to connect to anchor points on the swivel top of the unit which still gives the wearer mobility and twist free operation along the 6' line. The 1" Vectran line, rated at 400 lbs, retracts smoothly into a high impact nylon housing designed to protect the simple yet highly effective stainless steel brake mechanism from harsh site conditions. The line end is fitted with Miller's super tough forged steel locking rebar hook with 2-1/2" gate designed to attach to a massive array of equipment. The TurboLite works with a very simple cam lock system that grabs the safety line immediately in the event of a fall to greatly reduce the chance of secondary injuries that are sometimes associated to fall arrest.

Very secure and reliable.

If there was anything I learned from working construction for over a decade, it's that safety is something that you shouldn't skip out on. That being said, this PFL is priced well for the quality of the product. I inspected the item myself and the quality of the material used is topnotch, the features and elements work as they should, and the size is compact enough to have it hooked up without it getting in the way.

Really works as advertised

The housing is excellent. It comes in a good size as it fits in my hand perfectly and it's small enough to just stow away easily. From what I can tell, it's also really secure and everything works as the specifications say.

Definitely reduces fall arrest

This PFL has so far been really great. I use it at work ever since it was shipped. Though it is such a small, simple thing, but it really helps reduce fall arrest
