Description

Lightweight self-retracting lines are essential pieces of gear for linemen and rescue workers. The FL11-1-Z7/11FT MiniLite™ fall limiter with carabiner and snap hook has stainless steel brake pawls and internal workings covered with a sturdy, high-impact nylon housing. The 1" wide nylon webbing line unrolls to 11' long to offer a large radius of operation and retracts back smoothly into the housing so it doesn't get caught underfoot. The fall arrestor has a stainless steel brake pawl that activates if there is a sudden jolt and grips the line in split seconds minimizing the chances of fall arrest related injuries and suspension trauma. The system connects to anchor points with a twist lock carabiner with 1" gate and clips to harness D-rings with a forged steel locking snap hook. A built in visual load indicator lets the user know if they are near the 310 lbs working limit and a fall indicator flag pops out once the line has been involved in a fall making it easy to identify which line should be removed from service.

Very secure and simple to setup

This is a very small piece of equipment but having a very secure set up is very important to me. This small addition to my fall safety kit is great for reducing fall arrest and injuries, and it's very easy to use and set up.

Very strong carabiner

The twist carabiner is very sturdy and the unit has an impressive work load. The nylon webbing is also surprisingly strong. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'm glad I bought this product. It's affordable and reliable.
