Description

Safe site work means having the right equipment for the task at hand. The green 8798B/6FTGN-USS BackBiter™ tie-back lanyard, 6' with USS tags from Miller is specifically designed for tie-back situations. The two legs of the 1-3/8" webbing are made from six cord bonded, three-strand polyester thread while two specialized 5K® snap hooks offer an impressive 5,000lbs of tensile strength. The lanyard comes standard with the brilliant SofStop shock absorber that safely reduces fall arrest forces. The lanyard is 6' long to provide mobility and connects to anchor points with a locking snap hook.

Great safety product

The snap hook is excellent. It is very strong and easy to use and I haven't had any problems releasing and locking it. It attaches nicely to my harness and it's a nice added security to my overall kit.

Great lanyard

I was shopping around for a good lanyard and I came across the BackBiter. I love that it has a shock absorber, and I like the material used for the lanyard. It's not very abrasive which is always a bonus. I recommend getting this one if you want something strong, and reliable.
