Description

Tested with radiant heat, the MSA Thermalgard® is an excellent piece of safety headgear able to withstand up to 350° F. Along with its protection from elevated temperatures, its glass-reinforced shell also protects the wearer from falling debris and other projectiles. The hard hat also has a slotted brim for accessories as well as a beaded edge for higher rigidity. You also have the option between One-Touch pinlock and MSA's Fas-Trac ratchet suspension.

Works as expected

This is exactly what I need - a hard hat that can withstand furnace heat!

Comfortable to wear

It's great that we were offered two options for the suspension system. We opted for the ratchet type as it seems more comfortable and convenient.

Excellent quality

It's amazing how this hard hat is made of fiberglass-type material, just like the one used in some boats. So I am confident in its toughness and durability.
