- Is ordering online safe?
- How long will it take for my order to ship?
We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days, or in time for you to receive your order by the promised delivery date. In the event that your order is on back-order, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
- How will I know if my order is on back-order?
We will notify you within 1-2 business days if your order or any part of you order is on backorder.
- How will I know when my order is shipped and is scheduled to arrive?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped. With the tracking information provided, you will be able to track your order in real-time and know when to expect your order.
- Can I return my order?
We will gladly accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of receiving you order. Due to HazMat regulations, we cannot accept returns on gas items.
- How do I return my order?
Request an RMA by emailing our Returns Department. After your return is approved, follow the instructions on the email authorization you receive.
- How will I be refunded for my return?
You will be refunded on the original payment method used to place your order once your return is received by our returns department. Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled any time before the order ships.
- How do I get free shipping on my order?
Free shipping is offered on order over $99.00. Simply checkout as normal and the free shipping option will show up when your order qualifies.
- I have questions about products, can you help me?
Yes! Our trained specialists are ready to take your calls on questions, details and information about products and safety regulations.
- Do you offer corporate or bulk rates?
Yes! You may submit a Quote Request through our website and we will provide our best price for your bulk order. You may also call us at 877-346-7839 and speak with an account specialist.
- Do you offer custom logo printing?

- Can I order something that is not on the website?
Yes, due to the high volume of items available, not everything is on the website. Contact us and we would be happy to help you order the product you need.
