Miller Manyard™ Steel Rope Grab

Workers can minimize secondary jolt force injuries sustained from a high altitude fall with the 8174MLS4-Z7/4FTYL Manyard™ steel rope grab set from Miller. This pack features a hardwearing stainless trailing rope grab as well as a 4' Manyard shock absorbing lanyard that comes equipped with a loop to attach to the rope grab and a locking snap hook that connects to most harnesses and safety belts. The kit can be paired with either 5/8" or 3/4" synthetic ropes and offers 5,000 lbs of tensile strength when engaged in a fall while still allowing effortless vertical motion along the rope when in operation. The Manyard lanyard system contracts from 6' to 4' to minimize tripping hazards and features a bright red stretchy inner core which is rated for 310lbs. The bright color makes it easy to inspect and the yellow tubular jacket that encases the core serves as a backup to the inner cable. Another feature is the nifty red flag indicator that engages once the line has been involved in a fall to making it easy to single out and remove from service.
