Description

Vertical platforms and large transformers seldom have safe anchor points. The DH-AP-1/ portable fall arrest anchor post weighs in at only 17.5kg, providing a strong and secure point to attach safety lines and lanyards. The lightweight, high-strength aluminum can be hauled up tall structures and attached to bases and platforms with four bolt holes. Leveling screw feet allow the post to be installed on an incline of up to 15 degrees, and the mast provides a safe working radius of up to 72" for three lines rated at 2,100 lbs. The ingenious telescopic design lets workers tweak positions and attachments while the swivel feature guards against tangled lines that could create dangerous situations. The compact unit is powder-coated with a bright yellow finish for an extended working life.

Highly secure indeed

I needed an anchor for a project I was working on and this one was recommended to me by a friend. It's very easy to set up as far as portable anchors go. It's also very strong and it doesn't budge easily when set up properly.
