Description

Injuries from fall arrest-related equipment can affect productivity on site. The 216WLS-Z7/6FTYL Manyard™ shock-absorbing lanyard with end snap hooks from Miller by Honeywell is a 1" wide super tough nylon line that expands from 4' to 6' when engaged during an accident. The stretch capability creates a cushion effect that can significantly reduce the jolting impact of a fall. An added benefit of the contracting line is that it doesn't offer a tripping hazard when working in a confined space at altitude, which can create a dangerous situation. The red high-strength core is rated at 310 lbs, and the outer yellow jacket is made of durable nylon that offers a second layer of protection. Ensuring safety is made even easier with a red flag that engages once the line is involved in a fall, allowing team leaders to efficiently identify and remove those lines from service. The 216WLS-Z7/6FTYL features durable stainless steel snap hooks, which can be operated with a single hand to allow the wearer to steady themselves or hold onto other rigging while repositioning themselves.

Love the features of this harness

The threshold for the stretchable material is really awesome. It gives plenty of mobility while keeping everything secure. I also appreciate the wear indicator as it helps me keep track of my equipment.

Great product

I love the flat webbing. It helps keep things neat and I can easily wrap it around things if needed. The shock absorbers work wonders and the hooks are absolutely awesome. Really sweet lanyard.

Works great

I can personally attest that the shock absorbers actually work in this lanyard. I've never had a serious fall but I have noticed that the impact is greatly reduced when I need to get down quickly.

Great mobility

The stretchable material can take a lot of force. The locking snap hooks attach really nicely and easily. I appreciate that I can operate it with one hand as it leaves a hand free for other tasks. It's effective and efficient.
