Welding professionals can find themselves in tight spaces at high elevations. The 907K-Z7/6FTBL wire rope lanyard with Kevlar SofStop shock absorber from Miller will prevent falls if a worker slips or is blasted with an arc flash at altitude. The brilliant SofStop system will further minimize the chance of injury if engaged in a fall with its specially woven inner core that smoothly expands to reduce fall arrest forces. The 6' line is 1/4" thick and is fitted with locking snap hooks at either end. A Kevlar backup strap provides added protection, while the blue flame-retardant Nomex cover ensures the line is not compromised if exposed to extreme heat in the event of an accident.
