Description

Extended periods in harnesses can become uncomfortable. Through years of development, Miller has produced the AC-TB-BDP/UGN AirCore™ construction style harness with tongue buckles in a universal size which safely operates with a working load of up to 400 lbs and features comfort tweaks like lumbar and shoulder padding attached to highly adjustable stretchable polyester webbing. This universally sized Aircore™ harness gives the wearer a full range of motion. Cam buckle shoulder straps combined with the quick connect chest strap buckle secure the top half while the sub pelvic strap and tongue buckle leg straps lock the harness safely in place. The entire system clips to a wide range of safety lanyards with a sliding back D-ring and the two side D-rings make for ideal tie back connection points. A removable belt lets the wearer customize their tool array to tackle virtually any situation.

Great construction, great product

Looking at the materials used alone, you can really tell that this Miller AirCore harness is constructed really well. The buckles have excellent friction and they prevent the webbing from shifting. The padding helps make this harness so much more comfortable for all-day use. Finally, the overall look of the harness is great. There's really nothing more I could ask for from a harness.

Good looking harness and very effective

The harness looks really good, first of all, which is a great bonus to an already great product. It's very secure, very comfortable, and very easy to use. I'd highly recommend this to anyone.

Super easy to work with

What I really love about Miller Aircore harnesses is how comfortable they are. Honestly, the webbing and padding of this harness really make it easy to work in. Great product.

Slightly heavy, but a really great harness

If you're a small person like me, this might be too heavy for you. It doesn't really give me a lot of back pains or anything and it is very comfortable. It's just heavier than what I'm used to. The harness, however, is overall easy to use, reliable, and very adjustable. Great product.
