The Portwest US383 Augusta Sleeved Hi Vis Vest is best used when controlling traffic or working in very dim conditions. Besides its sleeved feature, the vest has contrasting reflective tapes all over the vest to add visibility. It has a mesh fabric that provides a cooling factor to the wearer. The vest also has 4 solid pockets and zipper closure for a secure fit to the wearer's body.

I can't believe that this is just under $10 each. The vest is well accessorized with reflective strips that are sandwiched by a different color fabric.
